Lunar Caravans is celebrating another two award wins for their 2016 Lunar Caravan collection and Venus Caravan range.

The Delta RI, which has already been crowned ‘Tourer of The Year 2016’ and ‘Best Luxury Tourer’, added ‘Best Layout’ to its long list of accolades.

The brand new 570/4 from the Venus Caravans range was celebrated as the ‘Best Caravan for Couples under £17k’.

The awards were handed out by Caravan Magazine’s managing editor John Sootheran at a glittering ceremony staged at the Ritz Hotel in London.

It’s easy to see why the innovative layout for the new Delta RI ranked so highly with the judges. Unique to this model is a spacious domestic style open plan mid-washroom and an end bedroom featuring a transverse island bed with ‘Easy Action’ day/night mode. The 6’ double bed has the option of a mattress extension taking the length up to a class leading 6’ 4”.

The Venus Caravans range has already been recognised for offering superb value for money. The 4 berth Venus 570 includes a wide range of specification enhancements that offers caravanners every comfort and convenience, whether accommodating a couple, a young family or group of friends.

Provided is a spacious front lounge with cosy ‘Daniek’ soft furnishings and ‘Light Walnut’ woods. There is also a modern kitchen which includes a Thetford Duplex combination grill/oven, a 3-burner gas hob and Dometic fridge with removable freezer. The transverse island bed has an ‘Easy Action’ day/night mode plus there is a large end washroom with contemporary style vanity basin, domestic style taps and shower.

Lee Roberts, UK Sales Director at Lunar Caravans says, “When we launched the 2016 Lunar collection and Venus range we were confident that we would meet the needs of our widening customer base. The fantastic response we’ve had from both consumers and our industry peers supports this so we are delighted. We are also very proud to have received these awards and would like to thank the judges and awards panel.”
