Lunar Caravans Employee Celebrates 40 Years of Service

A cabinet maker from Lunar Caravans has recently celebrated 40 years of service. John Bamber joined Lunar’s cabinet shop department in February 1972 and now holds the coveted title of longest serving employee.
Cabinet making has always been at the heart of the company’s heritage and like many craftsman at Lunar, John’s career reflects a passion for producing high quality caravan interiors.
As an integral part of the team, John is a key member of the cabinet shop using his wealth of experience and knowledge to help produce furniture to an exceptionally high standard.
John Bamber says, “I have always enjoyed my job here at Lunar and it has been very rewarding. Caravan designs have changed dramatically over the years but I have always taken pride in using traditional woodworking skills to create timeless, beautifully crafted cabinets.”
