Shop Returns Policy

Our online Shop Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Shop Returns Policy at any time.

We will refund any items that you are not completely happy with when they are returned in a saleable condition by post within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. We recommend that you post any returned items to us using a method that is trackable or alternatively obtain a Proof of Postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items without proof of posting.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment but if you have returned an item to us because you no longer wanted it or have changed your mind then we will not be able to refund your postage costs.

Errors, Damaged or Faulty Items

If we have processed  your order incorrectly or you have received a damaged or faulty good, we will gladly replace or provide a refund. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us at [email protected].
