Factory Tour for Lunar Owners Club

Earlier this month Lunar invited their Owners Club on a ‘Welcome to Lightweight Luxury’ factory tour. The tour was designed to provide members with an insight into the craftsmanship and innovation that goes into each and every model.
Members were given the opportunity to see how a Lunar caravan is made as well as the chance to see the £500,000 investment in manufacturing and development equipment. This investment has provided the scope for Lunar to drive forward their commitment to producing lightweight caravans to the highest quality and specification.
Lea Lawrence, Marketing Manager at Lunar, said, “We are extremely proud of our progression since the management buy out in 2007 so the factory visit has been a great way to share and highlight these achievements. We are also very proud of our Owners Club and the factory tour is a great way to say thank you for their loyalty and support. It was a very enjoyable day and just great to catch up with everyone from the Club.”
Peter Kerins, Lunar Owners Club Chairman, said, “Our members were most impressed at the developments taken and planned to ensure the future bodes well for the owners of a Lunar Caravan.”
