Lunar Team Win Lean Manufacturing Award

The team at Lunar Caravans are delighted to have won a Business Improvement Techniques award for their exceptional performance in improving productivity and reducing waste within their factory.

The award was presented to Lunar at the prestigious Yorkshire Productivity Awards 2011, hosted at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. The awards, which attract entries from a variety of sectors, are designed to recognise companies who demonstrate lean manufacturing excellence following their completion of training.

Lunar’s Chairman and CEO, Brian Mellor, says; “I have been amazed at the progress the Lunar team have made since the investment in Business Improvement Techniques training.
