Strong Product Portfolio Helps Lunar Achieve 3.2m Retail Sales

Lunar Caravans have announced another successful result at the Boat and Caravan Show, NEC, thanks to their strong product portfolio and the exciting premiere of their two new models.

Proudly showcasing 26 models in total, the new Quasar 464 and Lexon 550 took centre stage and delighted the Lunar team with both debutants performing admirably. The star of the show was once again the Clubman SB, a model which has provided an outstanding performance since its launch in September 2010. This model was closely followed by the award winning Delta TI and Clubman SI, and the family favourite Quasar 546. The Quasar range was a clear best seller, achieving 42% of the sales and continuing the New Year demand for Lunar’s family models.

Martin Henderson, Sales and Marketing Director for Lunar says, “in anticipation to what we believed would be a challenging February show, the Lunar team and our retailers have worked extremely hard to deliver this successful show result.  This show was also the Quasar 464 and Lexon 550’s first public appearance so to see them have an immediate impact on sales is tremendous. With both our family and couples models continuing to be well received by our customers, we are incredibly encouraged as we head towards Easter.”
